The Service provides reference information for planning astronomical observations: weather and cloud forecasts, and data about the Moon, planets, satellites, light pollution and more. The information is for reference only; we do not guarantee its absolute accuracy and are not liable for decisions made based on it.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to disrupt its operation, gain unauthorised access to data, or overload the infrastructure with automated requests.

Intellectual property

The name, design and code of the Service belong to its authors. Data from external sources belongs to the respective rights holders.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue individual features without prior notice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page.
